C.R. and I walked into the studio and set out to record a loud, wild version of this poem. We set up two mics so we could face each other. We did three takes, each one of them with us close to our mics, C.R. doing beatbox-harmonica and I performing the poem. We got exponentially louder and farther from the microphones to make up for our own volume. After the third and final take, we collapsed on the floor exhausted. I love this track.
