A true story I used to tell my friends. It became an obvious candidate for spoken word. It was also my first attempt at putting music to poetry. I invited my friends Erik Berg and Mark Shaw to come to my house with acoustic guitars so I could recorded them. I put Mark in the kitchen and Erik on the stairwell, miked them both and closed the doors to avoid sound bleed. We got a great, mild, improvised sound within two takes. This is one of my favorite tracks of mine.
